Frontend Disruption Lasting 3 Minutes Affecting Some Stores
Resolved - Dears,
We experienced a brief disruption in our stores frontend service that lasted approximately 3 minutes due to an unexpected technical issue. The disruption affected random stores, not all.
Our team immediately identified the problem, took full control, and resolved the issue swiftly. The service is now fully operational.

لقد واجهنا انقطاعًا قصيرًا في خدمة الواجهة الأمامية للمتاجر استمر لمدة حوالي 3 دقائق نتيجة لمشكلة تقنية غير متوقعة. تأثرت بعض المتاجر بشكل عشوائي وليس جميعها. قام فريقنا بتحديد المشكلة على الفور، وتم حل المشكلة بسرعة.
الخدمة الآن تعمل بشكل كامل، ونحن نراقب لضمان استقرارها.
نعتذر عن أي إزعاج قد تسبب به هذا الأمر و نقدر تفهمكم.
