Dear,
We will be undergoing a maintenance in our platform WITHOUT OUTAGE starting on Monday at 7am Saudi time and completion expected on Monday at 11am Saudi time.
During this time stores and merchant dashboard will work and operate normally.
We don’t expect to have the platform going down, stores will be fully operational and orders will not be affected, however, there could be a slightly chance of performance degradation that should will not stop orders being confirmed. Our team will communicating regularly on the status of the maintenance.
We are continuously working to improve our infrastructure and platform to ensure a better support to each and everyone of you.
