أعزائي، عملية التحديث والتطوير مازالت مستمرة وهذا شيء لا يعتمد على Zid ولكن يعتمد على شريكنا أمازون حيث خوادمنا مستضافة. هنالك احتمالية منخفضة أو شبه معدومة لحدوث تعطيل مع العلم أننا مستمرون في مراقبة المنصة و سنستمر في العملية حتى اكتمالها. شكرًا لكم
Dear all, The process of upgrading is ongoing in the background and this is something that does not depend on Zid but our partner Amazon AWS where are servers are hosted. There is low to none risk of downtime and we continue to monitor the platform. We would continue to have the cluster being upgraded on the version until completion. thanks

Dear all, As informed before in the completion we have extended for 1 hour to ensure all is checked and to complete the full process. There has been NO outage in the first 2 hours of our maintenance and we don't expect to have an outage. However, if this happens we will be informing accordingly, althoug again we don't expect this from happening. The maintenance is scheduled to be completed by 11am Saudi Time (UTC +3:00).
